What is required to confirm my in-person consultation appointment?

A $250 deposit is needed to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the final cost of your prosthesis.

How can I reschedule my consultation?

Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any rescheduling without at least 48 hours' notice will require a new deposit.

What if I need to cancel my consultation?

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be applied toward a future appointment. Cancellations made without the required 48-hour notice will incur a $250 charge.

Can the consultation deposit be converted into a gift card?

If canceled 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be converted into a gift card valid for six months, applicable toward future services.

Is there a late arrival policy for in-person consultations?

Yes, we offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling and will be treated as a no-show, incurring a $250 fee.
