All courses offered by Rmony are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once enrolled, students are committed to the course and its associated fees. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials and services by US educational regulations.

We offer online training in 3 languages without subtitles, AI, or translation. Everything is available in English, Spanish, or Portuguese to provide the best experience in your native language. To choose the language, you must change the website's language before purchasing your online course. The course will be automatically offered in the language of the platform you access at the time of purchase.

Rmony accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfers, and other secure online payment platforms. The available payment methods for each country will be automatically displayed at the checkout when making a purchase. By enrolling in our courses, students agree to pay the specified fees using one of the approved payment methods.

We are exploring the best alternatives to make course access more accessible. If there are installment payment options available for the course you have chosen, at the checkout, you will have access to all the available payment options and facilities at the moment.

All of our online courses (except for the free courses) include online support for the duration of the student's access period on our platform. Support is available via email or WhatsApp, and the access link will be provided within the student's member area.

Our online Master's Programs include materials kits essential for students to carry out exercises and have a complete, dynamic learning experience as close to our in-person courses as possible. The items included in each kit are described on each course's page. Machines, pigments, and needles are not included.

Other online courses, such as Expert Training and Special Courses, only provide digital materials.

Yes. All courses provide certification (except for the free courses), granting you the status and recognition you deserve to work with credibility and establish yourself as an authority in the field of micropigmentation.

Our online courses and Master Programs have limited and variable access periods, depending on the course format, number of techniques, and proposed learning experience. The access period for each course will be indicated on the course page before purchase.

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and presentations, are protected by US copyright laws. Students agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Rmony. Violation of this policy may result in legal action and termination of access to the course without refunds.

Rmony retains all intellectual property rights to course content, curriculum, and instructional materials. Students may use course materials solely for personal educational purposes and are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing course content without authorization. Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate termination of access to the course without refund.

Each course enrollment is individual and non-transferable. The course materials, access, and benefits are exclusively for the enrolled student. Sharing or transferring course access to third parties without express authorization from Rmony is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the course without refund.

Yes. All micropigmentation courses are only available to students who are 18 years of age or older.

Under any circumstances, it won't be possible to change the course and materials language after purchase.
