BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Rmony, scheduling appointments is crucial to us. We deeply value both your time and ours. Our appointment system is designed to reflect this, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service and professionalism they deserve.
If you've previously had permanent makeup and are considering a cover-up or some adjustments, or if you simply need a consultation to discuss your questions and concerns, a consultation is essential.
We offer virtual consultations via FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp. The cost for this virtual consultation is $50, which is not refundable but will be deducted from the cost of your final procedure if you book immediately following the consultation.
If any of the following conditions apply to you, tattooing may not be possible or you might need to seek your doctor's advice before booking an appointment.
DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE/HAVE/GET:
- Under 18.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Diabetic.
- Taking blood thinning medication.
- Any heart condition.
- An autoimmune disorder or difficulty healing.
- Undergoing Chemotherapy.
- Allergies to Lidocaine and/or Benzocaine.
- Botox injections 1 month before in the area you are getting the procedure.
In addition to the previously mentioned restrictions, we have some extra and specific conditions for the areas listed below.
BROWS
* No botox injections in the treatment area for 1 month before the procedure.
* No retinol products in the eye area for 1 month before your appointment.
TOUCH-UP
A touch-up (optional) session within 6-8 weeks is recommended for better results. This session is not included and is recommended for all new permanent makeup and medical tattoo appointments. If your touch-up session is scheduled later than 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure, additional charges will be applied. Available only for Roberta Peixoto's existing clients. Non-clients must attend the initial session with Roberta Peixoto.
HOLD-CARD FOR NO-SHOW PROTECTION AND CANCELATION
To finalize your booking, please add a payment card. This card will only be charged in case of violations of our cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling policies.
DEPOSIT
Upon booking, a US$250 deposit will be charged per appointment, which is non-refundable, but is deductible from the final price of the treatment.
