Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and treated as a no-show, with a $250 fee applied.

No-shows incur a $250 charge, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Deposit as a Gift Card
